Yes, all Giant bicycles come with a limited lifetime frame warranty. Components and accessories are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 12 to 24 months.
Can I click and collect my order?
Absolutely. You can select 'In-Store Pickup' at our Lygon St location during checkout. Our professional mechanics will assemble and tune your bike for free, ensuring it is ready to ride the moment you arrive.
What is your return policy for accessories?
We accept returns on unused accessories and apparel in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets once they have left the store.
Do you offer professional bike fitting?
Yes, we provide expert bike fitting services at our Lygon St workshop. Whether you are a competitive racer or a casual commuter, we can adjust your saddle height, reach, and cleat position to maximize comfort and performance.
